Why you Shouldn’t use price in the Mac V PC argument
Firstly, I just want to point out how much I hate the Mac V PC advert because it is pointless and because a Mac is a PC.
I would liken comparing a Mac to Windows in terms of price to comparing a Bentley to a Ford. You may then say that you can get better hardware on a Windows machine for less money, but that is not what you are paying for. You are spending the extra money on an OS that crashes so much less than Windows, that is Simpler than Windows and that looks nicer than Windows.
I do not necessarily prefer OS X to Win7 because I use both an equal amount and find that one is better for a particular task and the other is better at another task. I am merely writing this as a rant against the Mac V PC argument and the idea of comparing price in the argument.
